I have helped individuals, couples, and families restore ruptured relationships, process upsetting feelings, work through personal trauma, embrace their uniqueness, manage life transitions, and find peace in themselves and their relationships. My work integrates Positive and Developmental Psychology, Attachment Theory, Structural Family Therapy, and experiential therapies like AEDP, EFT, ABFT, and A.R.T.
