Everyone possesses the answers they seek. Psychological change occurs when we experience our problems and ourselves differently. I use an integrated therapeutic approach to assist clients to restore ruptured relationships, delve into their emotional lives, work through personal trauma, embrace their uniqueness, manage life transitions, and find wholeness in themselves and their relationships. My work integrates Positive and Developmental Psychology, Attachment Theory, Structural Family Therapy, and experiential therapies like AEDP, EFT, ABFT, and ART. I welcome individuals, couples, and families.
